📌 TERMS & CONDITIONS (ENGLISH)
1. General Conditions
1. The renter confirms that all provided documents are valid and authentic.
2. The renter agrees to comply with UAE traffic laws and regulations.
3. The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time.
4. Late return will be charged AED 100 per hour.
5. The company has the right to claim the deposit after 30 days from vehicle return.
6. Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
7. The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level; otherwise AED 50 minimum will be charged.
8. The vehicle must be returned clean; cleaning charges apply if excessively dirty.
9. Smoking inside the vehicle is subject to AED 525 penalty.
10. The renter is allowed 100 KM per day. Extra KM will be charged as per vehicle category.

2. Fines & Traffic Violations
11. The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, black points, and impound charges during rental.
12. Administrative fee of AED 100 per fine will be charged.
13. If the vehicle is confiscated, rental charges continue until release.
14. The renter must pay fines within 24 hours of notification.
15. In case of black points, the renter must transfer the points to their driving license.

3. Insurance & Accidents
16. The vehicle is insured as per UAE law.
17. In case of accident, police report is mandatory.
18. If renter is at fault, insurance excess applies.
19. Insurance excess varies depending on car category (as per attached list).
20. If police report is not provided, renter bears full repair cost.
21. Off-road use is not covered by insurance.
22. Driving under alcohol or drugs voids insurance coverage.

4. Damage & Maintenance
23. The renter is responsible for any mechanical damage due to misuse.
24. Lost key charge: AED 1500.
25. In case of breakdown due to renter negligence, repair charges apply.
26. The company may replace the car if needed.

5. Deposit & Payments
27. Deposit amount is refundable after 30 days (after deducting fines, Salik, or damages).
28. Rental amount must be paid in advance.
29. Rental value is non-refundable once contract starts.
30. Payment methods: Cash / Card / Bank Transfer.

6. Usage Restrictions
31. Vehicle cannot be driven outside UAE.
32. Only the authorized driver mentioned in contract may drive.
33. Sub-renting or lending the vehicle is prohibited.
34. The company may repossess the vehicle without notice if terms are violated.

7. Legal Responsibility
35. The renter bears full civil and criminal responsibility during rental period.
36. In case of dispute, UAE law applies.
37. The renter agrees to all terms mentioned in front and back of the contract.
38. Traffic fines issued after contract closure remain renter’s responsibility.
39. Salik (toll) charges will be added to the renter’s account with admin fee.
40. If black points are issued, renter must transfer them immediately.
41. In case of vehicle impound, renter bears all related expenses.
42. Daily rent continues during impound period.
43. The renter must inform the company immediately in case of accident.
44. Police report is mandatory for insurance claim.
45. In case of total loss, renter must pay insurance excess amount.
46. If accident is without police report, renter bears full repair cost.
47. Mechanical damages due to negligence are renter’s responsibility.
48. Tire, battery, or clutch damage due to misuse is chargeable.
49. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited.
50. The vehicle cannot be used for racing or illegal activities.
51. Smoking inside the vehicle results in cleaning penalty.
52. Lost parking ticket charges must be paid by renter.
53. The renter is liable for interior damages.
54. Exterior scratches or dents will be charged as per estimation.
55. Replacement vehicle is subject to availability.
56. Company may terminate contract without notice if violated.
57. Renter must not modify or install accessories in vehicle.
58. Unauthorized driver voids insurance coverage.
59. Driving under alcohol/drugs voids insurance.
60. Vehicle cannot be taken outside UAE borders.
61. Passport and license copy must be valid during rental.
62. Rental amount is non-refundable after contract start.
63. Deposit refund after 30 days, subject to deductions.
64. Administrative charges apply to all fines.
65. The renter must check car condition before leaving.
66. Any complaint must be raised at vehicle handover.
67. Early return does not entitle renter to refund.
68. Extension must be requested 24 hours before expiry.
69. Company may track vehicle via GPS system.
70. In case of non-payment, company may repossess vehicle.
71. Legal action may be taken in case of contract breach.
72. The renter is responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicle.
73. Company is not liable for lost items.
74. Any dispute shall be subject to UAE law.
75. The renter confirms reading and accepting all terms.
76. This contract is binding once signed by both parties.
